My guitar teacher says to put another finger to support the main bending finger and that sorta makes the other strings muted. lol
Great lesson.
I have a question: When I bend I can often hear the strings that are above the string I’m bending, is there any trick to overcome this?
That is very good!!! Lectures Thank you~!!
I had a question for years in my head. If I bend using the pinky finger in 12 (bending the 2nd string to reach D) am I supposed to place index finger in 9, middle finger in 10 and ring finger in 11 or do I have to place all fingers together? I feel that placing all together that gives the pinky more strength but is it “correct”? Which would be the “correct” way? Thanks!
i like your bearb and it’s a really nice vid… =D keep it up ! PEaCe!
When bending, how do you prevent the adjacent strings from sounding concurrent with the string you’re trying to bend? Even when I back up the bent note, they’re moving and screwing up everything…thanks!
I cant decide whats better, perfect pitch bends or your beard…. anyways ive looked through many vids trying to find out how to do a vibrato on a bended note, i always seem to get out of pitch, i see you cant do it perfectly, could you plz post a small vid or at least a comment on what should i watch. any info would be great
yea, but you need certain strings to bend it easily.
excellent lesson! got a few questions though..i’ve been playing for 6 months self taught, still cant get these bends (should i know these already at 6 months??), i never want to push the strings further because they feel as though theyre going to break..how easy is it to actually break strings while bending? i remember breaking high E a while ago, maybe i was doing something wrong at that time. thanks!
with much more pain
