The song is called “If You could only See” by Tonic^^
And he uses the wrong chords. They are only in teh verse Am, C, G5, G5/F. This “Chucking Riff” he wanna shus us is Am, C, G5, F.

good luck with it, i was foramly taught piano as a child and its helped me with guitar and theory, i still remember learning guitar and the frustration and confusion but it is massively rewarding when you get there, where ever “there” is. good luck, take your time and if you enjoy the journey, youll get to the destination
