I really never noticed that, mainly due to the lack of study of these scales, but thank you very much Wallimann. Just memorized 3 scales in one minute :D

A common mistake I see a lot of guitar players do is to add all the notes they can to a pentatonic scale. They make a hybrid scales from several and never really develop the ability to play diatonically and never really nail outlining the harmony that makes a dorian distinct from an aeolian etc. @ Wallimann – it would be good to give a few licks involving the extended notes that the modes bring to arpeggios and how to outline the mode they”re playing quickly ie getting the 2nds and 6ths early

    Hehe! No, that’s just a sample from a product I sell. :-)

So, so many “teachers” tries to make it too complicated, don’t know why.

But You, You are great ! Thanks for sharing this !

Guitar theory should be taught like that ! Simple and said straight !

I mean, I remember when I started playing I asked one guy to teach me pentatonics, he said ok, but it is really complicated, there are different positions and different keys. bla bla bla. (Now I see he was just trying to tell me subconciously how good he is)
I couldn’t went through it, until I found lesson on YouTube and realized that it is all connected to each other and with that knowledge it was MUCH easier for me.
