Wow, that was a waste of time… It is a pain to change strings with a Floyd Rose – or on any floating tremolo system for that matter. If I’m going to change a set of strings, I’ve found that changing them one at a time instead of all at once makes it less of a hassle to get them in tune. I don’t recall where I found this out but it works.
To make it short: take it to a professional to tune it for you.
Ehow -> Take it to a guitar technician…lol rather than explaining
