im playing guitar with left handed but i use guitar for right handed,and im not reverse the strings

M a lefty and i play right. 20 somthin years.But i play air guitar lefty and it feels natural.I say go with it.

Im left handed but when i 1st started playing guitart i started with a right handed guitart, i was able to learn basic stuff and play a few songs but i got to a point where i couldnt excel any further and i regreted wasting all that time playing right handed when i shoulda been playing left handed!
If you are left handed play left handed guitar! Yes it is possible to play right handed guitar but you will not be as good as you can be playing left handed!

Basically, some Brittish/european are left handed

I’m a lefty and when i first started playing my brother and i got an old right handed acoustic and switched the strings over and that’s how i started playing. Now there are lots of left handed guitars on the market. Look up e-bay and you’ll find heaps. You can get an entry level Left handed acoustic here in Australia beginning at around $80 and going on till you get left handed guitars in the $5k plus range. So at least the guitar manufacturers are starting to think about us Lefties now!

I was in an accident that left my pointer and middle finger bent for life, which means I can’t extend them the way I’m supposed to. I really want to learn how to play a guitar so my question is should I try this method you’re doing in the video or is there an apparatus or something I can use for my left hand?

I started 1 year ago left handed and I’m 58. it’s never to late.
