This guitar lesson vid shows you how to find and play the notes on your guitar – yes, it’s a simple concept, but an ESSENTIAL ONE to being a GREAT GUITAR PLAYER!! Go to www.yourguitarsage.com tofind out how to get charts to 100′s of your favorite songs, as well as info about my ebook and online instructional resources about charts, chords, strumming and the techniques that I use here in my videos! Since I’m so busy making new video tutorial lessons all the time and teaching guitar, I probably won’t have time to answer individual questions regarding guitar. My other videos cover beginner, advanced and intermediate levels. I teach rock, blues, country and just about any other style on electric or acoustic. If you can’t find your answer from the resources at the website above, keep digging into my vids, and I’m sure you will find your answer. Keep practicing!!! For more guitar lessons, see my other free tutorials. For original and cover music by me, Erich, go to www.myspace.com Of course you can follow me on Twitter!! twitter.com Like me on facebook — www.facebook.com Get the YourGuitarSage AppRats app for your Facebook page and never miss another video! apps.facebook.com [...]

There IS an H note – in the German version! It’s the B of the English version. I think the reason for this might to do with the composer Johann Sebastian BACH. The German B is the English B flat.

Why does it always seem free videos are better than the junk that comes when you buy instructional books. They should just make a pamphlet with youtube video urls and sell that for $15 instead.

There is no c on the ‘open’ strings. When I say open, I mean doing nothing with your left hand (if your a lefty, your right hand), pressing no frets. The strings are from lowest to highest, E A D G B E. That is just the order. There is no c.

its been 7 moths since you commented and you might’ve already learned. It’s hand – eye coordination. just keep practicing and you’ll get it down in about 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe less. And when it comes to the notes just use what you learned from the saxaphone and put it with the guitar.

was reading that the 12 string Rrickenbacker is pleasing to the ears, but they tend to warp after a few years, and George Harrison inspired some versions, any1 care to comment?
