Greg Ginn was 22 when he started playing and he made Rolling Stone’s “Top 100 Greatest Guitarists” list. Not to shabby for a late bloomer :)

  • John Grubbs 11 years ago

This is ok…..showing the fingers is pointless though you have no idea what he’s pressing on

  • OshiLiNawa7 11 years ago

I”ve had an acoustic guitar for about 3 years, but I never really learned it. I think I’m going to buckle down and really dive in this time. I hope it happens!

  • morgan marie 11 years ago

ok i dont even know which string is which! Sorry, but i do not think he explained how to play the guitar.

  • HSPetey 11 years ago

Thank you so much for these tuts. I’ve watched this video about 40 times now and can finally play those first 4 strings and their following 2 songs. Before watching this and the previous tut, I’d never even picked up a guitar. I hope this man reaches success for the help

  • Tillie Reilly 11 years ago

basically you have to already know how to read music before you touch a guitar lol. Good thing i know drums and piano

  • StevensAutosandCards 11 years ago

Well I kind of have an advantage. I can read music, because I play piano! But, I can’t play guitar!

    For help to all

Try E,E,F,G,G,F,E,D,C,C,D,E,E,D,D... first, just try to remember how to play the notes, or write them somewhere.

i´ve been stuck for 2 weeks! and that is kind of bad… i learned slow. still, i can play it now!!! and i dont want you to last so long!
