    Doing these gets on my nerves,,but they are so helpfu,,its how players like Dimbag and Rhoads built up there trill skill.

    Thanks – I’ve gotten so I can do trills pretty good when I’m just playing for myself but I still have trouble when I try to make a recording. My hand always tightens up.

    great lesson thanks! i luked up down from the sky by trivium and the tab said there a trill in it and i havent seen that before. i figured it wuld be harder than this, but its fairly simple

    man its like this once u play this excercise ur hands warm up if u just started doin it it will get sore after u finish . that means it is working after a few times it will become easier to play just keep practisin

    so after i get done doing the warm ups and my hand can barely play anything does that mean im doing the exercise right? it feels like i am but im not sure
